Entry fees will be accepted on a first come, first served basis and will be limited to the amount of performance time available. Competition Entries & Our confidential competition pricing is limited to studio directors/owners only. (we do not accept independent entries)

Prior to the competition, a event schedule and itinerary will be sent to all studios entered. Schedules will be sent and will arrive approximately 7-10 days prior to the competition date.

ENTRY FEE GUIDELINES

  • Competition entry fees must be submitted 45-20 days before the competition date.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable.
  • One Studio Check or Certified Bank Cashier's Check only will be accepted for all competition fees.
  • ALL Mailed in Payments MUST BE accompanied by a Tracking Number & Insured.
  • Studio Checks MUST BE received a Minimum of 20 days prior to an event to ensure the funds have cleared the financial institution.
  • ONLY a Certified Bank Cashier's Check or CC Payment will be accepted to an Event that is 20 Days or Earlier.
  • Fees Submitted 19 days and later will be subject to a Late Fee. 
  • A $50.00 service charge will be assessed to all returned payments. 
  • To pay by CC, please contact our office to make arrangements (cc processing fees apply).

*(State of emergencies, or acts of God events will be rescheduled or competition fees will be credited towards a new regional city. All decisions are the sole discretion of DTB Productions).
